In the vast near-coastal mountains of British Columbia, not far from Whistler Blackcomb, lies the Callaghan Valley. It’s a vastly non-motorized recreational zone with spots that remain vacant of skiers due to the remote location and lack of vehicles. Even local snow samurai’s Riley Leboe and Ian Morrison were stunned that this area had remained mostly unknown to them, despite living so close to the zone for so long. In this video, the two BC-based rippers, along with Freeride World Tour riders Jess Hotter and Blake Marshall, ventured to Journeyman Lodge to explore this incredible paradise. Hopefully, whether you have been enjoying fresh snow daily or are making the most out of hot groomers and park laps, this flick will instill a sense of hope that the next great day you have could be somewhere you aren’t even aware of yet.
