For those looking for a basic, no-frills glove or mitt, Auclair’s Snow Ops 2.0 is right up your budget-friendly alley. Available in both men’s and women’s sizes, the Snow Ops 2.0 is new and improved for the 2024-2025 season. Built out of durable water repellent (DWR) treated cowhide leather, the Snow Ops is not insulated and lined with polyester for a soft touch next-to-skin. We wouldn’t deem this glove a mid-winter, cold-weather suit of insulated armor but for early season and the uphill ascents, this is a go-to option. A suede patch on the palm adds an extra layer of defense against wear and tear and a ribbed knitted cuff locks the glove onto the wrist for a secure fit. Topped off with Auclair’s official Canadian maple leaf token of approval on the thumb, rest assured—if these gloves are good enough for hearty canucks, it’s whole-heartedly trusted in our book.
