Veloce 130 MV | 2027

Dalbello refreshed its Veloce line for the 2026-27 season with new graphics and the 130 MV sits at the top of the men's range. This is a straightforward boot for skiers who spend the bulk of the season in-bounds and want real edge power without committing to a race-room fit.

The biggest change is in the shell. Dalbello bi-injects the lower, running a harder plastic along the base and a more forgiving compound above it. Underfoot the boot feels locked down and moves the ski quickly, while the upper shell wraps the foot instead of clamping it. Shell and cuff are both PU, which keeps the flex predictable when the mercury drops and lends a damp, settled feel in chalk and chunder. The boot comes equipped with GripWalk soles, the four buckles are micro-adjustable and a 50-mm power strap keeps the cuff snug against the shin.

A 100-mm last gives most medium-width feet a reasonable place to start but customization is central to the design, with five mapped zones that tell your bootfitter exactly where the plastic is built to be punched or stretched. Once the shell is set, you can heat-mold the IF Pro liner, which includes comfortable memory foam inserts across the shin and instep.

At 2100 grams per boot, the Veloce 130 MV is no featherweight, but the mass is doing work. This is a stout, quiet and seriously customizable resort boot for advanced and expert skiers who don't need a walk mode to get where they are going.
