The Anthem Team Zonal represents a major evolution in women’s ski boots. Rather than shrinking down a men’s design and changing the color palette, K2 built the Anthem collection from the ground up around female biomechanics.
The fit stands out first. The last and cuff are shaped to accommodate women’s calves, reducing neutral space and improving the connection between the lower leg and the shell. A dual-BOA system then dials in the forefoot and calf independently, so you can loosen one without giving up the other when temperatures swing.
Inside is a heat-moldable Intuition liner that wraps the shin for cushioning and a snug fit. A third BOA at the top of the liner pulls the material closer to the shin, tightening that connection further. K2 incorporated tech toe fittings, giving the Anthem crossover appeal for skiers who occasionally tour, but note that it doesn’t include a walk mechanism. The 125 flex hits the sweet spot for discerning experts, with plenty of power to drive fat skis in steep terrain.
