Behind the scenes of the 2017 FREESKIER Ski Test

March 9, 2017

Our 2017 Ski Test could not be going any better. Period. The first couple days were graced with tons of powder and, ever since, it’s been absolutely money conditions that are prime for testing every single type of ski. Admittedly, we’ve been doing some partying, too, because that simply goes hand-in-hand with the Ski Test culture. Below, check out a ton of photos from the action—from both on the hill and at the parties—and get stoked for our 2018 Buyer’s Guide, now available for a ridiculously low price.

Pro shredder Dale Talkington made a guest appearance; he was psyched to spin many awesome laps with our ski testers. Here’s Dale sending it into the pow leftover from Monday’s 14″ storm, following 75+ inches in last week’s storm cycle. Photo by Evan Williams, of Nordica.

K2 Skis brought an awesome variety, such as the Pinnacle series and others pictured here.

The appropriate reaction to winning our “YETI A Day Giveaway” here at the
Ski Test is smashing beers into one’s forehead, of course.

Pit Viper‘s Chris Garcin capturing the pool party epicness.

Icelantic‘s Scotty VerMerris cannon-balled into the hot tub in his Strafe Outerwear and it was amazing.
