The true 100-mm last offers a balanced, mid-volume shape that feels snug without becoming claustrophobic, and a redesigned shell opening and higher instep improve step-in comfort. The lower cut tongue and upper strap absorb vibration for an impressively damp ride, yet energy transfer stays direct with noticeable rebound out of turns. The progressive flex encourages a centered stance rather than locking you into rigidity.
Unlike some stiff freeride boots that soften in warmer temps, the FS 02 is built with TPU+ material that holds a stable flex pattern from January mornings to toasty spring afternoons.
