2012 female Skier of the Year, Kaya Turski, announced this afternoon she will undergo knee surgery to mend an injury suffered in a training incident at Mt. Hood. The extent of the injury is unknown at this time, but Kaya reports on Instagram, she’s “Still planning an Olympic appearance, and a good one at that.” Kaya added, “Share this [news] and send out the positive vibes for me today so I can feel the love!”
