Pioneered by Bill Briggs & co. in 1958, the Bugaboos to Rogers Pass traverse is no easy feat. Covering nearly 85 miles while climbing over 30,000 vertical feet, this high route across the Columbia Range in British Columbia offers little respite from danger and only in the best conditions is it possible to journey completely from start to finish. In the video above, part of G3’s #G3POV series, get a taste of this epic journey in just 60 seconds as friends Matt Francisty, Kyle Long, Ben Kwiatkowski and Cam McLeod portray their late spring romp along the Bugs to Rogers Traverse.
