It’s almost time to hang up the skis and trade them for a swimsuit as the 2025/26 ski season is nearing its close. Current conditions and future forecasts are making it difficult for resorts to stay open through April.

Some resorts have already set a closing date, while others are trying to stick to their projected closure. Notable resorts, among others, that are still TBD on their closing date include Winter Park and Copper Mountain in Colorado and Palisades Tahoe in California.
