Aspen is known for many things: tons of snow, wild parties, beautiful landscapes and amazing terrain, to start. To highlight its many offerings, Aspen Snowmass has made a four-episode video series over the past two seasons titled Mind Body Spirit . This year they look to do the same—with a slight twist.
Previously, the series has focused on Aspen locals in every episode, somewhat humanizing the legendary place. This year, however, the series will follow a different trajectory. Renamed One: Mind Body Spirit , there will be four episodes: One Run , One Day , One Week and One Season , each aiming to reveal, according to the Aspen Snowmass website, how Aspen “grips you and revitalizes you.”
The first episode, One Run , will highlight “the awe-inducing rush of a single, perfect run with a group of friends.” Next, you will experience One Day at Aspen Snowmass, starting with a scenic sunrise and ending with Aspen’s famous night life. The third episode, One Week , will showcase the many adventures to be had with both family and friends. Finally, the last episode, One Season , will take you through an entire season spent with pro skier Colter Hinchliffe, an Aspen native.
The series is set to be released on the Aspen Snowmass website , October 10. Until then, you can catch up on the past two seasons, here .
