With the Strive 14 GW, Atomic has produced a freeride alpine binding that brings much of the tech found in higher DIN alpine bindings, at a more affordable price point. Hovering just above 1,000 grams per binding, the Strive 14 GW is on the lighter end of 14 DIN alpine bindings available on the market and delivers a low swing weight without sacrificing durability or safety. With a low center of gravity, the LDN toe piece places the boot right next to the ski for excellent power transmission and responsiveness. Automatic Toe Adaptation positions boots correctly in the toe piece to ensure proper release. The 3-Part Heel Light provides additional weight savings via a low-profile design that is easy to step into. The Strive 14 GW is compatible with Alpine and GripWalk soles and offers brake widths ranging from 90 mm to 130 mm. For 2024-25 Atomic adds new Strive 14 GW colorways, including one that matches this season’s Bent Family of skis.
