Teton Gravity Research Rings in 30 Years with "Pressure Drop"

This past weekend on September 13th, Teton Gravity Research premiered its 30th annual ski and snowboard movie Pressure Drop at Jackson Hole’s FarOutFest. 

The day was filled with JHMR bike park laps with fans and athletes swapping dirt until the premier. Tin Cup Whiskey flowed while live bands and DJs filled the green at the base of the Bridger Gondola. 

For the past 30 years, TGR has been pushing the envelope of extreme skiing. From seeking out remote lines to gnarly terrain, film crews and athletes are constantly skirting the line between chaos and composition. Pressure Drop is the culmination of three decades of freeskiing, featuring TGR vets and fresh faces side by side dropping in on steep, high stakes terrain across Alaska, Norway, British Columbia, Palisades Tahoe, Grand Targhee and Jackson Hole.

Featured athletes include a star studded lineup mixing JHole locals and TGR favorites: Sage Cattabriga-Alosa, Ian McIntosh, Nick McNutt, Kai Jones, Parkin Costain, McRae Williams, Maggie Voisin, Colter Hinchliffe, Jim Ryan, Molly Armanino, Kirsty Muir, Grace Henderson, Troy Podmilsak, Teal Harle, Kelly Hilleke, Madison Rose Ostergren, Simon Hillis and Jeremy Jones.
