Japan is known for its seemingly endless supply of powder in the winter months, but what happens when itâs unusually dry? This past season, skiers Cody Cirillo, Mark Nowakiwsky and Carson Morford, snowboarder Grant Giller and filmer Tucker Brumley, set off to the Land of the Rising Sun for two weeksâliving in a van, experiencing the countryâs unique culture and hunting for that famous, albeit unusually elusive, snow.
