We’ve got butterflies like high school prom night because ski season is right around the corner! Depending on where you live in North America, you might not be seeing the full effects of winter just yet. Or perhaps your local mountain is already spinning lifts. From Stowe, Vermont to Mt. Baker, Washington, conditions vary greatly at the moment. Parts of the Midwest are still waiting to start full-time snowmaking and areas in the Pacific Northwest are getting consistent rain. Meanwhile, the high peaks of Colorado have already seen several resorts open.

But no matter where you call home, the undeniable truth is that we’ll all be making turns in a matter of weeks.
