It's always a good day when you get to watch Abel Moga ski; at least that's our general rule of thumb. The Spanish freeride phenom has been making waves for years, following in the footsteps of the legendary Aymaro Navarro. Moga skis the fall line, and when he's not sending massive cliffs or trying a signature frontflip (or backflip in this case), don't expect to see too many turns.
We were reminded of this when the Freeride World Tour posted this clip, containing Moga's GoPro footage from the last stop of the 2026 FWT season, the iconic YETI Xtreme Verbier. From top to bottom, it takes him roughly 47 seconds to descend 1,900 vertical feet. If that math sounds off, watch the video and report back on your findings.
