2027 SKIS
Armada -Â Antimatter 114
Replacing Armada’s Declivity and Reliance lines, the new Antimatter collection is here to meet the needs of hard-charging resort and big-mountain skiers. The Antimatter 114 is the widest ski in the collection and features a core comprised of metal and poplar complemented by steep rocker lines. This combination enables this ski to boost features and stomp landings like a machine. At high speeds, this ski shows its true character, as the rocker and progressive freeride shape make it remarkably maneuverable.
Atomic - Bent Decode
Despite endless social clips that showcase the Bent 100’s park skiing capabilities, there’s never been a Bent model designed purely to grease rails and navigate jump lines. The Bent Decode is changing that notion with a central mounting point, 92 mm waist and a full layer of ABS for absorbing impacts and increased durability. This combination provides responsiveness during technical rail tricks and makes switch skiing a breeze. The Decode’s tip and tail also feature a beveled diamond shape for a smoother swing weight, improving balance in the air and during landings.
Blizzard - Canvas 108
Blizzard has entered the freestyle chat with the playful new Canvas collection. Spanning 100, 108, and 118 millimeters, this series complements Blizzard’s beefy directional chargers while answering the demand for creativity. The mid-fat Canvas 108 features a twin-tip shape, lightweight wood core and a modest Titanal strip. Departing from the brand’s metal-heavy norm, the construction eliminates bulk, adding a healthy amount of rocker to the tip and tail. However, camber underfoot ensures it retains that signature “Blizzard bite” on edge. Available in lengths from 168 to 192 centimeters, the Canvas 108 is a unisex charger for freestylers with a penchant to send.
Fischer - Nothing
Building on the success of the Ranger series, Fischer took a decidedly more freestyle approach for its newest ski. With a softer flex pattern throughout, and particularly in the tip and tail, the Nothing’s sweet spot is creative skiing in soft snow, and what we think is a 110 mm waist perfectly complements the construction. Unlike other soft powder skis, this one brings a directional shape to the category and provides a nice balance between neutral, surfing and hard-charging turns. Extremely intuitive, this ski enables the driver to dictate the skiing style needed for the current terrain.
Icelantic - Torrent 102
Following a successful relaunch of its freestyle Nomad line, Icelantic has completely rebuilt its directional, all-mountain lineup. Replacing the Pioneer, the all-new Torrent is a directional charger with a responsive, energetic personality. A wood core is reinforced by tip-to-tail carbon stringers and custom carbon weaves, ensuring powerful edge hold without sacrificing pop. Icelantic paired this construction with a progressive shape, increased tail rocker and deeper camber, making it super fun to drive. While the stout tail provides stability and power through the turn, the updated profile allows riders to easily release the edge, offering a perfect blend of precision and playfulness for all-mountain skiers.
K2 -Â Mindbender 101
A complete departure from the previous Mindbender collection, the new 101 gets a more progressive shape and lighter construction. Even with the lightweight build, this ski remains damp, thanks to an innovative design feature. On the edges of the core, above and below the binding plate, sit four proprietary pucks, dubbed Dark Matter by the brand. Just like wheel weights on your car’s rims, these pucks eliminate harsh vibration running through the ski and, when combined with the new shape and construction, make it easy to initiate and exit turns without feeling overly chattery.
Nordica - Unleashed 106
New for 2026, the Unleashed 106 effectively replaces the 108 and ushers in a more approachable width and updated shape with a poppy, playful, and maneuverable personality. A shorter effective edge and increased rocker profile enable the ski to drift, slash, and pivot on a dime—a stark contrast to the demanding nature of the old 108. Nordica updated the construction, implementing a narrow metal strip down the center, called Drift Lock Metal and removing metal from the tip and tail. This retains stability while inviting riders to get creative on their way down the mountain. With a CA (non-metal) version available and lengths starting in the 150s, the new Unleashed 106 is the most approachable Unleashed model to date.
Volkl - Revolt 112
A new addition to Volkl’s Revolt family, the 112 was designed in collaboration with athletes Kye Peterson, Markus Eder and Finn Bilous. With a heavy freestyle influence, the new model sports a twin rocker shape, with shorter contact points, and is a less demanding chassis than the 101 and 114 models. The 2,140-gram chassis retains the signature multi-radii sidecut that the German ski-maker has become known for but feels lighter and poppier in soft snow. The Revolt 112 is available in three lengths—178, 185 and 192 centimeters—though, with a healthy amount of taper, you can expect it to ski shorter than its stated length.Â
2027 BOOTS
Dalbello - Cabrio LV Free Pro
A new take on the iconic three-piece Cabrio design, the Cabrio LV Free Pro balances uphill efficiency with downhill power. The removable tongue increases range of motion for climbing and, once you’re ready to rip, just replace the tongue and trust the Cabrio ski/walk connection to hold on tight for the descent. With a 99-millimeter last, it offers a precise fit for narrow feet. While a woman’s 105 flex exists, the stiffer 130 model is also available down to size 24.5. The boot also features artwork by Emiliano Denaggio, matching the new Revolt skis and carrying his son Leonardo’s creative inspiration into the touring category.
Fischer -Â RC4 Free Pro MV BOA
Positioned as an aggressive hybrid touring boot, the RC4 features a burly, fixed cuff with tech toe inserts for compatibility with pin bindings. This boot is specifically designed for those who spend more time in the resort or hunting mini golf lines in the slackcountry than those going for long tours in the backcountry. To enable optimum performance, Fischer stuffs the boot with the best features, including a stock Zipfit liner and BOA Fit System on the lower shell, making it as customizable as it is high-performance.
Head - Kaliber Pro LV BOA2
Reimagined for 2027, the Kaliber Pro LV BOA2 is the most high-tech, high-performance all-mountain boot that Head has ever made. At first glance, the lower of the two BOA dials stands out for its higher placement. Positioning it on the cuff eliminates the footprint on the lower shell, allowing high edge angles without fear of it hitting the snow. The boot gets a bi-injected shell that keeps the lateral and medial side of the boot rigid while providing some forgiveness to the plastic above the instep, which, when combined with the lower BOA system, makes for an incredible wrap around the forefoot and enables proficient edge to edge transition. Rounding out the features, Head adds a brand-new power plate beneath the power strap for better turn initiation and power transmission.
Nordica - ProMachine 3Â
For skiers seeking the most responsive fit, Nordica has updated the high-performance Promachine with a 98-millimeter last that’s designed for aggressive resort charging. The boot pairs a 3-Force rigid frame with softer auxiliary plastic to maximize power transmission without sacrificing comfort. The new liner features anatomically sculpted cork and a lace-up design, ensuring a locked-in heel and ultimate control. While available in various flexes and women’s models, the stiff 130 S notably starts at size 22.5—ideal for ex-racers with smaller feet but high output. If you have hesitated to try a low-volume boot for fear of discomfort, the Promachine 3’s thoughtful redesign offers an approachable solution.
Salomon - S/PRO Alpha C BOA 130Â
This boot is a complete revolution of the four-buckle boot platform that the ski industry is accustomed to. The S/pro Alpha C BOA 130 starts with the very popular S/PRO Alpha last, but the interior pivot has been replaced by what Salomon calls Powerlink. This reinforcement of the Exodrive construction is wholly untraditional, securing the cuff low on the shell with a wide rectangular connection point. This provides improved leverage over the ski, resulting in direct energy transmission and a snappy, progressive flex. Outside of this stark change, the S/PRO Alpha C BOA delivers what you would expect from a Salomon boot, including a fully heat-moldable liner and shell, great heel hold and a BOA Fit System on the cuff.
Tecnica - Zero G Decoy
Building on the massive popularity of the Zero G, Tecnica unveils the hybrid-oriented Zero G Decoy. Don’t let the name fool you—this boot is a versatile powerhouse. While it walks with the ease of the Zero G Tour, the Decoy utilizes thicker plastic and a reinforced frame to satisfy aggressive freeride demands. Inside, a high-performance lace-up liner offers precision control, while a unique rubber boot board boasts a soft heel for heavy impacts and a rigid forefoot for power transmission. For those splitting time evenly between the resort and backcountry, the Zero G Decoy is here to shake up the hybrid market.

The Luminal jacket from Armada is the brand’s premium women’s offering for ladies who like to play on both sides of the resort boundaries. A three-layer performance shell, the Luminal boasts a 20K/20K waterproof and breathability rating to stand up to winter’s harshest weather. The subtle asymmetrical cut provides extra rear coverage, while Armada’s standard fit ensures ample room for layering and freedom of movement. When you heat up on the skin track, generous pit vents offer instant relief. Storage is abundant with dual chest and hand pockets, plus two internal mesh dump pockets sized for skins, snacks and sunscreen. Available in three distinct colorways, the Luminal lets Armada’s unique style shine through in a highly functional package.
Flylow - Raven Jacket
New to the functional Flylow lineup, the Raven Jacket is now the brand’s must-have layer. This packable puffy is stuffed with 60 grams of Primaloft insulation and treated with a PFAS-free DWR to keep modest moisture from penetrating the outer fabric. An adjustable hood and hem lock out wind and snow, while eight-inch pit vents let cool air in when you need it and two hand pockets, along with an internal mesh pocket, offer plenty of space to stash some pocket bacon.
Head - Kore Jacket W
Designed for high-output days in challenging alpine terrain, this shell combines a proprietary breathable membrane with a rugged, three-layer Cordura build. The Kore jacket is fully seam-taped and engineered to move, offering dependable protection against variable weather without sacrificing performance. Head gave this piece a loose fit that allows for easy layering, finishing it off with waterproof AquaGuard zippers and a helmet-compatible hood to keep the elements at bay.
Rab - Big Line Jacket
Rab is renowned for premium big-mountain outerwear, but the new Big Line Jacket introduces a distinct freeride-centric design previously unseen from the brand. This three-layer shell features a relaxed, articulated fit for easy layering and total freedom of movement, while the exaggerated length offers superior coverage on deep days. Technical details include a helmet-compatible hood, a removable powder skirt and an adjustable hem to strictly seal out storms. When things heat up, one-way pit vents provide instant relief. With two hand pockets, dual chest pockets and an internal stash, there is ample storage for essentials, making the Big Line an ideal choice for ambitious backcountry freeriders.
Rossignol - Proclivity Jacket
Worn by numerous athletes on the Freeride World Tour, this jacket embodies everything you could ever want from a 3L Shell. The Proclivity jacket features a 20K/20 K waterproof-breathability rating for protection against the weather, combined with a relaxed, modern fit. This fit choice pushes beyond just looking, as it also provides unrestricted movement when throwing tricks in big mountain terrain. Rossignol rounds out the jacket with numerous pockets for easy access to gear and fully taped seams for extra protection from the elements.Â
Strafe - Ridge Active Insulator
Strafe’s Ridge Active Insulator is a unique midlayer designed to both insulate and regulate temperature throughout your ski day. For those putting in the work to reach their lines, it proves significantly more functional than traditional down. Made with a combination of fabrics, the jacket’s Brr cooling technology draws excess heat and moisture away from the body while you put in work. A Body-mapped Pertex Equilibrium outer fabric protects against the elements while maintaining high breathability and lightweight Primaloft Active Evolve insulation works hard to keep you warm whenever you stop moving. Finished with zippered hand and chest pockets, the Ridge Active Insulator is a versatile layer for mountain adventures across winter, spring and fall.
2027 GOGGLES
686 - Smarty Magnetic Goggle Pack
With an all-new eyewear line, 686 continues to expand its footprint in both the ski and snowboard spheres. The Smarty goggle sports a minimalist, frameless design and comes with two lenses that are easy to swap, thanks to its handy magnetic system. The frame comes in numerous colorways but we’re partial to this Metallica collab because, well, Metallica. Each Smarty Goggle Pack includes a matching beanie and facemask—a unique value that sets 686 apart. The brand will also be releasing its first ski film in fall of 2027 and, with team athletes Parker White and Jake “Mango” Mageau sporting these rigs on-screen, you can expect fans to start asking for the Smarty by name.Â
Oakley - Flow Scape
The all-new Flow Scape delivers the largest field of view of any goggle Oakley has ever made. Using a single-layer, conical lens and a frame that pulls the goggle closer to the face, the Flow Scape offers 60% more visibility compared to the brand’s Line Miner model. The new Vision Rapt 3D-molded foam is designed to conform to the specific contours of your face, distributing pressure more evenly for a “barely there” feel.
Pret - Prophet
New to the Pret goggle lineup, the photochromic Prophet goggle brings a toric lens shape and a powerful magnetic lens system makes swapping lenses a snap. The sleek frame fits seamlessly under any Pret helmet and has adaptable flex zones that allow the goggles to form to the unique shape of your face. Oversized intake channels line up with the visor vents of Pret helmets, maximizing airflow and minimizing fogging.Â

Salomon - Shift 2 16 MN
Heading into the 2026/27 season, Salmon continues to build on its S/Lab offerings with the addition of the new Shift 2 16 MN.
