When the folks at Vproduction set out to make a ski movie, they decided that extracting data from social media networks would help offset some of challenges they faced in putting together a film with limited budget. Apparently, the crew inputted several social media profiles into an algorithm, and the results helped them decide which skiers to film with for the upcoming season. The out is more than 20 minutes of park, backcountry and street shredding across the Swiss and French Alps.
