The M-Free 108 is a key player in Dynastar’s freeride category for 2026, designed for freeride competitions and advanced skiers who want to charge hard with a freestyle touch. Standing at 108 mm underfoot with an 18-meter turn radius at 185 cm, this ski is built for big turns in even bigger terrain.
This ski has a unique flex pattern—it’s stiffer underfoot where you need stability and slowly transitions to a forgiving feel in the tips and tails that enables you to adjust your line when things get tight. This flex pattern also enables the ski to be buttered, though it requires more commitment than a softer ski.
The M-Free 108 houses a hybrid wood and polyurethane (PU) construction, which lands it somewhere between a full metal and a full wood core ski. The PU provides impressive damping in off-piste conditions, delivering confidence on steep terrain where softer skis fold, but the slightly softer tip and tail mean you can still make quick adjustments when needed.
The shape complements the core with a long camber section underfoot, plenty of tip rocker and slightly less tail rocker. For technically sound skiers, this allows for creative line choices without sacrificing the stability needed for consequential terrain. While the ski is maneuverable when charging, the higher swing weight requires more precision when throwing tricks.Â
The M-Free 108 serves expert skiers in pursuit of aggressive off-piste missions and resort charging where perfection and confidence matter most. A great balance between stiffness and pronounced rocker in the tip and tail makes this an extremely versatile freeride option.
