Skis Women’s 100-115 (BM) All Mountain - Directional All-Mountain Women

For 2026, the Ripstick line lands on ski shop shelves with an updated shape, construction and mount point. This update includes the new Ripstick 100 W, which replaces the old 102 women’s offering.

The new Ripstick 100 W slides into next season with a slightly narrower tip and wider tail, providing a more stable and powerful platform than the previous generation. The wider tail adds stability when you’re not driving the front of the ski, meaning you can get a little lazy and the ski won’t punish you for it—a great feature for intermediate skiers who are still finding the front of their boots.

Additionally, on the Ripstick W, Elan moved the mount point forward one centimeter for a more centered stance on the ski, which helps intermediate skiers control it with less effort. In a more set-back stance, the ski will have a longer tip and a shorter tail, requiring extra effort to drive the ski and less forgiveness should you get pushed into the back seat. The brand also increased the turn radius, gearing it more toward bigger turns than past iterations.

That said, the Ripstick still suffers from a bit of tip chatter when maxing out on the speedometer, an unfortunate side effect of lighter skis with no metal.

Speaking of which, Elan reduced the weight of every Ripstick by five percent, making it even more maneuverable than past iterations with size-specific carbon rods and laminates for support. This Ripstick 100 W remains a great choice for intermediate skiers looking for a less agro directional ski to progress their skiing.
