New to Liberty’s 2026 ski lineup, the Liberty Scope 99 is a fun, soft twin-tip ski designed to contest the popular 100-waisted category. The Scope line is centered around softer cores and longer rocker profiles designed for freestyle-oriented skiers who like to spend time in the park or jibbing around the resort.
The Scope 99 features a lightweight poplar wood core for a playful flex and Phenolic composite plate underfoot to improve stability. This is a soft ski; it provides very easy turn initiation and makes the ski feel nimble when freestyle skiing. Due to this defining characteristic, this ski wants to be ridden with subtle energy, scoping quick slashes and side hits. When skiing through the tip this ski has a propensity to wash out. If you’re a skier who likes a stiff and powerful ski, check out Liberty’s more directional Radian collection.
The Scope’s soft core is complemented by tip and tail rocker with camber underfoot, further emphasizing the ski’s buttery feel. The result of this core and profile combination makes this ski extremely fun and undemanding.Â
The Liberty Scope 99 is truly for the skier who wants to spend time in the park, focused on finding their next take off, or beginner and intermediate skiers looking for a forgiving and enjoyable ride.
