Michelle Parker has traveled the world in search of technical lines and bottomless powder. Oddly enough, in her decade-long career as a professional skier, she hasn’t spent much time in Jackson Hole. When her boyfriend and photographer, Aaron Blatt, was invited to compete in the Arc’teryx Jackson Hole Exposed contest–a three-day photo showdown between six professional photographers to capture the backcountry ski culture in Jackson Hole–the duo made their way to the iconic Wyoming ski town to ride and shoot with professional snowboarder, Mark Carter. From the terrain, to the snow, to the people, Parker caught the Jackson bug. Without a doubt, she’ll be back to these mountains.
