'Twas a big week in the world of freeskiing. Between the action at the Telus World Ski and Snowboard Festival in Whistler, and the Jon Olsson Invitational in Sweden, lots went down. Tons of new triple corks were thrown, AFP champions were crowned, things got crazy. Check out some of the highlights below, and stay tuned for more action coming at you this week.

Below are a couple of videos that were produced last week for the 2011 72hr Filmmaker Showdown at the Telus World Ski & Snowboard Festival in Whistler, BC.

50 teams had 72 hours to fully produce a 3-5 minute film. As the competition started, each team was given a prop which had to appear in their film for at least 5 seconds; this year's prop was a green apple.
