The Shades of Winter crew shreds everywhere from Alaska to Hawaii in trailer for "BETWEEN"

The trailer for Shades of Winter’s upcoming movie, BETWEEN, brings together a crew of talented female rippers to showcase what they love: skiing. Co-produced with Red Bull Media House, it has been two years in the making—spanning seven different locations around the globe.

The film will feature the likes of Janina Kuzma, Julia Mancuso, Nadine Wallner, Evelina Nilsson, Sandra Lahnsteiner (who also directed and co-produced the film), as well as the late Matilda Rapaport.

“With Shades of Winter (2013) and Pure (2014) we proved that girls really rip. BETWEEN definitely won’t prove the opposite but goes beyond all this great sport action,” describes Lahnsteiner. “I wanted to make a film that gives the audience the chance to really see the athletes, find out who they really are and how they feel about life and their sport. Showing all the moments BETWEEN the big action, the beautiful ones and also the down moments.”
