Woodward Copper will open its public hiking park on June 5, 2026, keeping the summer stoke alive high in the Rocky Mountains. This is a separate area from the summer camp park, which sits higher on the mountain and is only accessible to campers.

The hike park is an awesome way to log some hours sliding metal during the summer. Few things beat gathering the homies and lapping under the sun on a bluebird day. And it goes without saying, but the Woodward Park Crew comes prepared, always creating a setup that offers more than meets the eye.

While I wouldn't hope for any substantial jumps, you can bet that there will be plenty of tubes, boxes and rails for all varieties of skill levels. The Barn, Woodward Coppers' indoor training facility, will also be opening for the summer on June 5, operating Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 2 pm to 8 pm on Friday and 12 pm to 8 pm on weekends. Unlimited access passes to the Barn are $299 per year, or drop in for $64.

Notably, the resort announced that the park will now be open four days a week, a new schedule that deviates from the traditional weekend operations. Skiers can come ride Thursday - Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm, every week for as long as conditions allow. You can find the hike park at the Center Village, in front of Downhill Dukes.

Day tickets are just $25, or grab a season pass for $249 if you think you'll be riding 10 days or more this summer.
