to Chile!!!

I am going to Valparaiso, Chile to study and ski!! if anyone who has been there has any suggestions or comments, please let me know!! I am leaving the 25th of February and wont be back until august!!! I just turned 21 last weekend, but now it doesn’t matter cause soon I’ll be in a place where they’ve been drinking since they were young!! I heard their spanish is a little difficult to understand, but if anyone has any experience you should share!!
