Last year, Head Tyrolia looked "Outside the Ordinary" for its ski film. This year, the freeski team dives “Inside the Season,” to showcase not only the insane talent these athletes bring to some of the most challenging faces around the world, but also the adventure of getting there.Â
Let’s be honest, the greatest stories are made on the journey, the smaller moments, rather than the lines you ski once you reach your destination. That’s exactly what Head Tyrolia uncovers in their new film, "Inside the Season." From workouts and snowy cold plunges to competitions, travel-day laughs, and crossing creeks with skis on their backs, the film highlights the hard work and camaraderie that shape a season, rather than just the epic ski shots.Â
It’s easy to get caught up in the big goal and overlook all the little moments along the way. But this film reminds us to not let one moment define an entire experience, or even a season. Instead, it’s about cherishing every step that goes into a big adventure. Plus it makes those big wins that much more special.Â
But of course, the film doesn't shy away from showcasing the wild routes and competitions these athletes worked toward all season. Filmed across six countries, from France to Japan, we get to see rising freeride talent like Agostina Vietti, who had a very eventful 2026 Freeride World Tour (FWT) season, and Jack Kolesch, who made his FWT debut in 2026, leading him to make the 2027 tour. Alongside many other talented freeride skiers, they give us a look at what goes on behind the epic lines and the talent that makes up the Head Tyrolia freeski team. The full movie drops Nov. 21 at 10 a.m. MST or 6 p.m. CEST.
