Ingrid Backstrom is recovering from surgery to repair a torn patellar tendon. “Bummed to be done skiing for a while but there are many silver linings, including profound appreciation for everyone who helped get me out of there and how smoothly it went, considering,” said Ingrid via Instagram. Backstrom was shooting with Sherpas Cinema at Selkirk-Tangiers Heli in Revelstoke, BC at the time of the accident. Best wishes to Ingrid for a speedy recovery.
