My Hit List for the 2008-2009 Season

Hey Tecnica my name is Noah Wallace. I’m 17 years old and I live in Spokane Washington and I ski at Schweitzer mountain I’m sponsored my Monster, and this will be my 4th year skiing. This last winter was awesome! I learned so many new tricks and I feel that I’ll learn more. I was in a rail jam competition at the sports creel just 2 weeks ago and during it I learned 3 new tricks. unnatural 270, 270 on pretzel 270 out, and switch 450 on to the rail. So if things keep going the way they are then I’ll say that the tricks that I want to land next year will be this. For rails I want to learn to be consistent on any kind of rail and be able to 270 it or switch up any way. I want to have a 450 in every direction as well as 630’s. To accomplish this when winter comes I’ll be able to ski rails everyday before and after school and hopefully go crazy on rails. For jumps the main tricks I would like to get would be the four 9’s on lockdown, and if I can. then also the four 10’s. I’ve already gotten 2 of the 9’s and I just need to focus on my unnatural side and i think i can get it. Some tricks that I would love to learn how to do would be a Kangaroo Flip and a Hexoflip even though it might be awhile before I get to those. One thing that I would really like to do this year is to actually get some good footage so I can make a sponsorship video, and that would be awesome considering last year I only got 2 shots the whole winter.
Last year was my third year of skiing ever, and I learned tons of tricks like 450’s on and off rails, corks, 900’s, Rodeos & Flatspins, and then I went to Momentum ski camp Session 2 and learned tons. My goals other than my trick goals are my competition goals. I want to make it to usasa nationals and I want to win the Stomp Games at Schweitzer so I can be in next years Poor Boyz Jib Jam. Then next year after I graduate I want to ski as much as possible so I’m taking my 2nd semester off and just skiing the whole time, and I want to travel to California and Colorado and do big competitions and hopefully do well and pick up some more sponsors along the way, and create a name for myself. Then I’m hoping a few years down the road that I’ll be in the x games, and in the future I would love to be in Jon Olsson Super Sessions! After all of this I would still love to be ripping the rest of my life either doing competitions or just chilling in the powder. I love to ski and for the rest of my life that’s the way it’s gonna be!
