Anyone with backcountry skiing experience knows that understanding slope angle is critical in assessing avalanche hazards. Many backcountry brands sell inclinometers of various shapes and sizes, but the PoleClinometer offers a product that integrates with your ski pole. This sticker attaches easily to most ski poles, and features measurements from five to 60 degrees to help identify slope angle. In addition, the sticker is color coded to help detect slopes more prone to sliding.

Worried about the durability of the PoleClinometer? Never fear, the sticker comes with a clear “heat-shrink over-wrap sleeve” to protect it from wear and tear, and is also waterproof and UV-resistant.
