Telluride Ski Resort"™s famous terrain and old west town are about to get what another boost. Skiers searching for rails, jumps and a superpipe will now be able to night ride in Telluride. The lighted adventure park opened Jan.16, with a ribbon cutting ceremony and celebration. With the addition of the new park comes big news – from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Thursday through Sunday, jibbers and park riders can enjoy the illuminated park well into the evening. Â

Formerly known as “Competition Hill", and with continued snowmaking and a natural snow base, the park is primed up. Race Hill Lift (Lift 2) will serve the area at night and the Village Express (Lift 4) can be utilized to access the area during daytime operational hours.

Final construction of other jumps and rails will be completed within the week. The Hoot Brown Park (advanced) and Ute Park (beginner) are now open. A wonderful venue for recreational racing, the Nastar Course has been relocated to Bumpy Butterfly, located under Village Express (Lift 4), and is open daily.

To ride the new adventure park at night, costs are as follows; $25 per night, $150 for night season pass with current daytime season pass, and a separate pass for night park usage is $200. Tickets and passes can be purchased at the Mountain Village ticket office and are on sale now!
