The Pehuenche people of present-day south central Chile are an indigenous population who call the Andes home and their dialect, Mapudungun, translates to ‘language of the land.’ This land of towering peaks–the Pehuenche people’s universe–is known as Wallmapu. In the third and final episode of The Shadow Campaign’s fifth season, Wallmapu follows Piers Solomon and Rodrigo Guzman as they enter this breathtaking landscape of ancient Araucaria trees, looming volcanoes and dream-like lines.
