In this extraordinary 32-minute film, two skiers, Jochen Mesle and Max Kroneck travel over 1,100 miles and more than 114,000 vertical feet on just their bikes and skis over the course of 42 days. Their mission: to travel from the Alps to the Mediterranean, powered completely by their own strength, and skiing as many peaks as possible along the way. From illnesses to snow-covered passes to being at the mercy of Mother Nature, Mesle and Kroneck power themselves through one of the most impressive physical feats we’ve seen this year and the fruits of their labor are certainly sweet.
