Here and Now: Sled skiing with the Pros

What happens when you get three of skiing’s rowdiest skiers together in one place with an arsenal of Ski-Doo’s newest snowmobiles? Magic, that’s what happens. In February, FREESKIER met up with professional skiers (and experienced slednecks) Karl Fostvedt, Colby Stevenson and Torin Yater-Wallce in the Jackson Hole backcountry to sled, film and give you a behind-the-scenes glimpse at what it takes to make a ski edit come to life. Powered by Ski-Doo’s Summit X 850 Turbo sleds, our crew explored the vast backcountry around Jackson with style and ease, and photographer Eric Parker was on-site to capture the action.
