"RIFF" - Dillon Flinders and Alex Lundstrom Crush from Utah to Alaska

"RIFF" is the first film produced by the dynamic duo of Dillon Flinders and Alex Lundstrom, and the debut project does not disappoint in the slightest. These two have been on our radar for a minute, making a name for themselves at Utah's Snowbird Resort as they've become notorious for turning challenging terrain into casual jib lines.

Presented by Dynastar, this short film chases the duo around Snowbird in both absolute white out conditions and warm spring sunshine. We love a good resort segment, and this one ranks high on our all-time list. But to the surprise of skiers, as winter was fading in Utah a late-season call brought them up to the holy grail of Alaska.

With an enticing combination of traditional cinematography, POV shots and drone footage, all tactfully edited together by Brian Boyd, "RIFF" is a well-balanced hit that deserves your full attention. Drop the lights, crack a cold one and slap that play button like your winter depends on it.

RIFF follows Dillon and Alex in their first year producing their own film. A weird snow season, late start, and endless unknowns kept them on their toes — until Alaska showed up in a stroke of luck. What unfolded was a riff of a year: unplanned, improvised, and unforgettable.
