Stifel U.S. Freeski Team Releases 2026/27 Nominations

The 2026 Winter Olympics are only just leaving our minds, but the Stifel U.S. Freeski Team isn't wasting any time. The 2030 Games are already within eyesight for the world's best skiers, and the nominations for next winter's U.S. team have just been released.

To clarify, this is not the official roster. Nominated skiers must adhere to team expectations and formally accept their nominations before the official roster is announced in October. Still, this list gives us a good look at who is likely to be representing the Stars and Stripes in the 2026/27 season.

The selection criteria are quite detailed for both Halfpipe and Big Air/Slopestyle, and we encourage readers to review the official documents (linked above) for further clarification. What's important is that these skiers have put in ample time and proved they're among the best in the country. The U.S. team was wildly stacked at this winter's Games, with the Men's Halfpipe Team being largely considered the most competitive team to make in freeskiing, with American Alex Ferreira taking gold on the final night of the Olympics.
