If you're looking for a way to keep your body sharp over the summer without the need for a gym, and win some sweet gear along the way, then you've come to the right corner of the internet. Marcus Goguen, 2025 Freeride World Tour champ and notorious sender, has launched a new contest with Rossignol and Adrenaline Performance.

Goguen has been vocal about crediting his success to his discipline when it comes to physical health and strength. And his results speak for themselves. He's managed to avoid major injury, all while throwing himself down heroic faces and stomping complex tricks off natural features, often to less-than-ideal landings.

To give us all a little help, Goguen put together a multi-week plan that challenges competitors and rewards them with swag from Rossignol. And it's all free, with exercises that require no equipment.

"Every week, skiers get three bodyweight challenges: no gym, no equipment, nothing but them and a phone," the official press release reads. "Scores go up on a live global leaderboard, and every week Rossignol puts real gear on the line for top performers. It's built for the person who watches ski edits in July and follows their favorite athletes into the off-season."

The competition is live right now, and new challenges and leaderboards will go up every week. Rip a few calf raises, win gear for free, AND get in shape? It almost sounds too good to be true, but it's real! Cheers to Goguen and crew for putting on a rad event with great incentives. Throw your hat in the ring for free below.
