Olympic issue cover unveiled, 2013 Skier of the Year winners announced

Of course, the magazine also contains the highly anticipated profiles of our 2013 Skiers of the Year. You voted, we counted: having racked up more than 17,000 votes, we’re thrilled to announce that the men’s crown goes to Henrik Harlaut, now a two-time winner of this award, having earned the distinction in 2011. Harlaut beat out Torin Yater-Wallace in the final round of voting by a margin of 59% to 41%. On the women’s side, the honor goes to Maude Raymond, a first-time winner. Maude unseated the reigning champion, Kaya Turski, by a margin of 66% to 34%. Dive into these SOTY articles to find out what drives the current king and queen of freeskiing.
